She was predeceased by: her parents, W. C. "Jack" and Luverne Parker Dorriety; her son Mark Anthony Carlquist; her brothers, Winston Dorriety and Herston Dorriety; her sister-in-law Kathy Dorriety; and her great-niece Elizabeth Dorriety.
She is survived by: her brothers, John Dorriety (Joyce) of Atmore, AL and Roy Dorriety of Attalla, AL; her nieces, Jonice Dorriety Casey, Caroline Prater and Catherine Casey; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jimmy Dorriety, John David Dorriety (Candace), Davison Dorriety, Findley Dorriety, Greg Dorriety (Donna), Will Dorriety, Allison Newman (Jay), Miles Newman, Alexander Newman and William Newman; and her sister-in-law Gwen Dorriety.
