She is survived by: her son Marty Preston Chavers; her daughter-in-law Mellanie Long Chavers; and her grandchildren, Becka Chavers Vactor (Alex Vincent Vactor), Tyler Preston Chavers (Desiri Dawn Chavers) and Nathaniel Mason Henschel.
