He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard L. Crook and Doris Johnson Crook. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Womack Crook; his children, Stephanie Baggett (Doug) of Haughton, LA, Jeremy Crook (Gloria) of Bay Minette, AL, John Crook (Letty) and Don Spence of Walnut Hill, FL; and his siblings, Eric McNeil (Renee) of Pine Grove, AL, Kim Brown of Atmore, AL and Tracey Caraway of Atmore, AL. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
