He is survived by: his wife Lee Dickinson Cannon of Atmore, AL; his children, Melissa Cannon Knockemus (Shane) of Montgomery, AL and Michael Franklin Cannon, Jr. (Misty) of Atmore, AL; his brothers, Steve Cannon of Brewton, AL and Mark Cannon of East Brewton, AL; and his grandchildren, Erin Terrell, Emma Terrell, Tripp Cannon, Ella Rose Cannon and Kaylie Curtis.
In lieu of flowers donation can be made to the First United Methodist Church of Atmore "More Than Bricks" Fund or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
