He is survived by: his wife Verna Lee Mason Scott; his children, Cynthia Koklas (Stephen), Penny Morton, Marsha Jordan, Christopher Scott (Cathy) and Chadrick Scott (Blair); and his grandchildren, Kristina Shernoff, Kelly Koklas, Ryan Morton, Leigh McCormack, Joshua Scott, Danielle Dauson, Brittany Colley, Chelsea Ferguson, Jenna Johnson, Madison Norton, McKenzie Nassar, Madison Nassar, Mary Paige Nassar and Maggie Scott. He is also survived by twenty great grandchildren.
