He is survived by: his father Charles Webster Rutherford (Debbie) of Atmore, AL; his wife Stella Rolin Rutherford; his children, Christopher Rutherford (Jennifer) of Poarch, AL and Brandi Rutherford of Poarch, AL; his stepbrothers, Rusty Emmons (Mandy) of Atmore, AL and Thomas Grey Emmons of Foley, AL; his sister Kristina Rutherford of Atmore, AL; his brother-in-law Gary Anderson of Atmore, AL; his grandchildren, Wyatt Rutherford (Patricia), Rowdy Rutherford, Melea Graham (Evan), Sophia Rutherford, Kaylee Sanspree (Tyler), Addi Jones, Macey Jones and Brooke Presley; and his close friend Theresa Rutherford.
