He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Wilson Rowell and Lillie Mae Bailey; his siblings, Joseph McArthur Rowell, Curtis Rowell, Cleo Sellers and Lauree Bailey; and his stepdaughter Deanna Watson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tracey Rowell of Pensacola, FL, Teresa Rowell of Atmore, AL and Lorri Rowell of Tampa, FL; his stepchildren, Steven Watson of Mobile, AL and Shelia Parker of Mobile, AL; his sisters, Tiny Womack of Atmore, AL, Ernestine Forte of Atmore, AL, Willodeane Davis of Atmore, AL, Jeanette Small of Handover, PA and Joyce Fogg (James) of Portales, NM; his grandchildren, Carlie Boswell and Breanna Schiller (Alan Brooks); his stepgrandchildren, Justin Parker, Chris Parker and Anna Parker; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Myah and Jaxx. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
