Though Bruce Elbert may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his father Benjamin F. Jerkins (Freda Noles); and his brother Hoyt Craig Jerkins. He is survived by: his siblings, Deloris Presley (Danny) of Brewton, Alabama and Aubrey Terry Jerkins (Ethelena) of Naples, Florida; his nephew Cody Jerkins; his nieces, Miranda Jerkins, Baylie Lewis, Danyell Presley and Lori Presley; and his great-nephews, Skylar Presley and Kaleb Presley.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Petty Funeral Homes (9260 US-31, Atmore, AL 36502). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
