It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jo Branum of Atmore, Alabama, born in Mobile, Alabama, who passed away on March 3, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nell Winchester and Earl McLeod. She is survived by: her husband Donald Branum; her daughters, Tifiney Lavoie (Roger) of Daphne, AL, Beverly Locklin Townsend (Christopher) and Wendy Locklin; her grandchildren, Magen Lavoie Welborn of Roger Lavoie, IV, Joy Guess, John Guess, Alex Whitmer and Rebecca Townsend Christopher Townsend; her great grandchildren, Kenzley Welborn, Sadie Lavoie and Asher Lavoie; and her close friend Moodles.
