She was predeceased by: her husbands, Alvin Bethea and Joe Cox; and her son Joseph Cox. She is survived by: her sons, Wes Bethea of McDavid, FL and Richard Bethea of McDavid, FL; her stepson Steven Cox of Pensacola, FL; her daughter Wanda McCurdy of Bluff Springs, FL; her stepdaughters, Susie Shields, Lisa Shaw of Tallahassee, FL and Carol Gauthier of Chumuckla, FL.; and her siblings, Eugene Lewis of Bay Springs, FL and Jeanette Lollie of Cantonment, FL.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, twenty great- grandchildren and seventeen great-great grandchildren and numerous other relatives and many friends.
