She is survived by: her children, Patricia Anne McElwain, Johnny Ray Self and James Derek Self (Tina); and her grandchildren, Michelle Pepper, Wesley McElwain, Celestine McKenzie, Amanda Page, Jessica Hughey, Johnathan Self, Joseph Self (Katrina) and Hanna Gann (Matthew). She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, and 15 great great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Berryhill Funeral Home (2305 Memorial Pkwy NW, Huntsville, AL 35810). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Berryhill Funeral Home Chapel (2305 Memorial Pkwy NW, Huntsville, AL 35810).
