She was predeceased by: her father Johnnie Edward Worley (Mary Rose Miller Worley); and her great grandchildren, Eliza Joy and De'Ara Douglas. She is survived by: her husband George Faulk; her daughter Kim Kindred Yell; her brother David Worley (Cathy); her stepdaughters, Chasa Roberts (Josh), Thasa Faulk and Sheree Faulk; her stepgrandchildren, Lucas Roberts, Deontae Douglas and Dashia Douglas; her grandchildren, Tyler Yell (Megan) and Skyler Yell; and her great grandchildren, Maddox Yell and Nora Yell.
