He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Henry Dunnavant and Virginia Thomas Dunnavant; his wife Barbara Dunnavant; and his siblings, Doug, Frances and Joyce.
He is survived by: his children, Tina Abel and Stanley Dunnavant (Sabrina); his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Terry, Matthew, Breanna, Allison and Ethan; his great grandchildren, Lynnlee, Ava and Jack; and his siblings, Barbara, Dot, Carolyn, Aaron and Roger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Limestone Chapel Funeral Home (322 US-31, Athens, AL 35611). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
