He is survived by: his wife Virginia Marilyn Givens; his children, Connie J. Givens of Athens, AL and Timothy D. Givens of Affton, MO; his grandchildren, Katie D. Allen (Mike Hicks) of Harvest, AL, Cameron S. Allen of Huntsville, AL and Ian S. Givens of O'Fallon, MO; his great grandchild Brayden E. Hicks; and his siblings, Mitchell Givens of Cape Girardeau, MO and Frances Alton Gardner of Waterloo, IL. He is also survived by two brothers-in-law; one sister-in-law; twelve nieces; eleven nephews; and numerous friends.
