He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Banks and Lila Meacham Banks. He is survived by: his spouse Dean Banks; and his children, Robert Banks, Linda Braden (Barney) and Mary Ann Banks. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren.
