She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Mae Davis Turner and Lannie Odell Turner; her siblings, Arthenia Turner, Anetia Cay Koch and Paul Blagburn; and her children, Jonathan David Hopkins and Cassendra Diane Bell.
She is survived by: her son James Dale Hopkins; her granddaughters, Jessica Diane Zelaya and Lanie Elizabeth Swan; her great grandchildren, Rowan Mateo Zelaya and Georgia August Verchot; and her siblings, Josephine Turner, Linda Sharp and Kenneth Blagburn.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Colbert Memorial Chapel (700 US-43, Tuscumbia, AL 35674).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to her home church, Calvary Missionary Baptist Church - Mission Fund, 9120 Highway 43, Guin, AL 35563.
