He is survived by: his wife Beverly Pack Harbin; his children, Jonathan Phillip Harbin (Tiffany Brown Harbin), Lindsay Nicole Harbin Lamb (Zachary Lamb) and Colton Thomas Harbin (Ashley Hie); his grandchildren, Waylon Lee Harbin, Eleanora Elizabeth Lamb, Odin Phillip Harbin, Adler Rose Lamb and Micah Kenneth Anthony Lamb; his mother Peggy Joyce Harbin; his brothers, Keith Harbin, Kevin Harbin (Gayle), Kasey Harbin (Kimberly) and Kim Harbin; his sister-in-law Julie Harbin; and his nieces and nephews, Ashley York, Ivy Harbin, Chase Harbin, Madeline Harbin, Chloe Harbin, Hunter Harbin, Thomas Grey Harbin, Kailey Pack Dozier and Elisha Pack Davis.
