He is survived by: his wife Peggy Prince; his sons, Richard D. Prince (Paula) and Jeffery L. Prince (Calista); his grandchildren, Christy Deal, Chandra Mitchell (Brad), Amber Hennessee (Jason) and Ashley Pressnell (Dustin); his great grandchildren, Emma Deal, Ella Yarbrough, Emry Yarbrough, Easton Prince, Hayden Hennessee, Connell Hennessee, Colt Pressnell and Layla Pressnell; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Addi Mitchell, Carter Ann Mitchell and Austin Mitchell; and his sister Betty Lou Hancock.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Limestone Chapel Funeral Home (322 US-31, Athens, AL 35611). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
