He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Jerome Puckett and Zana Whitt Puckett; and his brother A. J. Puckett. He is survived by: his children, Adam Puckett (Ann) and Jaclee Wurtz (Yogi); and his brothers, Randy Puckett (Lucy) and Jimmy Puckett (Fran). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, as well as eighteen great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home (27186 Main St, Ardmore, AL 35739).
