He is survived by : his wife Betty Muse Ruth-Oliver; his sister Mary Elizabeth "Beth" Amerson (Bob) of Iuka; his stepson Tommy Ruth (Johanna); his grandson Nicolas of Denver, Colorado.; and his friends, Phil Humphrey, Patrick Brunson and Steve Brown.
