It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charity Allison Evans in Athens, Alabama, born in Omaha, Nebraska, who passed away on January 8, 2025, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Charity Allison leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Charity Allison may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

She is survived by: her husband Jason Evans; her daughter Alexia Evans; her mother Susan Marcusson Fox; and her brothers, Justin Marcusson (Stacy) and James Myers (Lori). She is also survived by several nieces in nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the McConnell Funeral Home (1200 E Forrest St, Athens, AL 35613). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
