He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Howell and Barbara Howell. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Howell; his children, Kristie Brannan, Charles Brannan (Darlene), William "Woody" Howell, Ashley Dole (Steve) and Stephanie Nichols (Tim); his grandchildren, Robbie, Jimmy, Brittany, Amber, Kristen, Cody, Raylin, Kayce, Tyler and Tatum; and his siblings, Allice Woods (Gene), Ricky Howell (Loretta), Donnie Howell (Wanda) and Kenneth Howell (Tina). He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
