Teddy Ray Thompson Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 22, 2021, at the age of 73, Teddy Ray Thompson of Ashville, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Thompson and Mary Lou Thompson; his brother James Hershel Thompson; and his brother-in-law Hulan Hargis. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Layfield Thompson; his children, Teddy Ray Thompson, Jr. (Alecia), Jennifer Moore, Amy Mathews (David), Kim Jones, Ashlei Goodwin (Junior), Timmy Thompson, Michelle Greene (Jeff) and Katie Franklin; and his sisters, Gayle McKay (Randy, Sr.) and Brenda Hargis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Mr. Thompson's memory to St. Jude Children's' Hospital.
