She is survived by: her husband Ricky Hampton; her children, April Churchill, Kimberley Kiser (Tony), Scott Hampton and Staci Kellett (Jonathan); her parents, Carl Churchill and Martha Churchill; her siblings, Ricky Churchill (Allison), Vicky Tanner (Levi), Pam Farmer (Mickey) and Sandra Fleming; her grandchildren, Shaun Churchill, Noah Brown, Trevor Kiser, Trent Cross, Gatlen Kellett, Catera Bothwell, Kaylee Bothwell, Briley Kellett and LiliAnn Kiser; her friends, Steve Stewart (Nancy), Steve Salvador (Sandra), Rex Jones (Pam) and Pat Adkinson (Linda); and also, Sophie and Zoe. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
