She was predeceased by: her parents, David Elmer Hill and Ivalee Hill; and her siblings, James Wesley Hill, Delmer Lee Hill, Billie, John Kenneth Hill, Laura Geneva McCroskey and Jeanie Loraine Snow.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Gary Hamilton; her children, Debra Barnard (Mark), Duane Hamilton (Donna) and Jonathan Hamilton; and her grandchildren, DJ Hamilton (Kandice), Megan Bush, Justin Barnard, Jordan Hamilton, Nicholas Self (Jen) and Riley Averett. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gum Springs Missionary Baptist Church (7568 County Rd 33, Ashville, AL 35953). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
