She is survived by: her children, Kathy Savant (Raymond), Debbie Shinn (Willie), Jamie Levan (Shane "Boo"), Cheryl King (Jacky) and Robert Riley (Emily); and her siblings, Carolyn Cook, David Phillips (Barbara) and Thomas Phillips. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
