With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Fowler Lancaster of Ashville, Alabama, who passed away on May 26, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husbands, Bobby Fowler and Ray Lancaster; her parents, Vivian Anderson Geer and Carton P. Geer; and her sisters, Betty Wicks, Sue Evans, Lou Rector and Doris Moore.

She is survived by: her children, Terry Fowler (Dana) of Ashville, AL and Bridget Rogers (Michael) of Gallant, AL; her grandchildren, Alex Rogers, Erica Rogers and Nathan Fowler; and also Frances Pendergrass. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and extended family.
