He was predeceased by: his brothers, Gary Dale Faulkner and Tony Lynn Faulkner. He is survived by: his grandmother J. Heinzel (James); his friend Wendy Hatley; his siblings, Danny Faulkner (Casey), Buster Faulkner (Stephanie), Lisa Gail Donnolly (John) and Shirley Hendrix; and his sister-in-law Tammy Faulkner. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
