She is survived by: her children, Karel O'Neill Cantrell (Frank), Jim O'Neill, Ken O'Neill (Jimmie) and Todd O'Neill (Gina); her siblings, Martha Uptain (Allen), Mackie West (Jean) and Fredric West (Judy); and her grandchildren, Jacob O'Neill, Steven O'Neill, Dustin O'Neill, Trish Garmon, Kristine Gardner Chiarella, Shawn O'Neill, Nathaniel Cantrell, Marcus Thomas, Jordan Hill, Shane O'Neill and Dakota O'Neill. She is also survived by 11 Great Grandchildren.
