He was predeceased by: his father Fred James Lindsey, Sr.; his brother James Monroe "Beatle" Lindsey; and his mother Nellie Fay Lindsey. He is survived by: his sons, Justin Heath Lucas, James Eric Lindsey and Jeremy Lee Lindsey; and his siblings, Ann Horton, Sarah Lindsey, Debra Elliot, Tina McDonald and Jeff Lindsey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
