He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon McKay and Grace McKay; his brothers, Rick McKay and Jim McKay; his brother-in-law James "Shorty" Hudgins; and his nephew Jerry "Buckshot" McKay.
He is survived by: his wife Christine McKay; his children, Sherry McKay and Donnie McKay (Staci); his grandson Dalton McKay (Jewell); his great grandchildren, Daxtyn McKay, Brynlee McKay, Bennett Davis and Maverik Davis; his siblings, Randy McKay (Gayle), Robert McKay (Gina) and Debra Hudgins; and his sisters-in-law, Jeanette McKay and Marie McKay. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Usrey Funeral Home - Pell City (21271 US-231, Pell City, AL 35125). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
