Ms. Debra Bowman was a resident of Rainbow City, Alabama and she left behind 2 children, daughter Teresa Lynn Bowman, son Christopher Pinkston, and 2 very young grandchildren, Jessica Lynn Matthews and Jennifer Michelle Matthews.
