He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lee Smith of Ashville; his daughters, Susan Crawford of Moody, Jennie Burns of Greensport and Erica Leonard of Pell City; his father Perry O. Smith of Trussville; and his siblings, Perry Smith of Trussville, James Smith of Leeds, Mark Smith of Trussville, Michael Smith of Pell City and Ganie Smith of Birmingham.
