She is survived by: her husband David Scott Dase; her mother Jewel Spinks; her daughters, Ashley Dase Peterson (Daniel) and Summer Burke (Adam); her stepson David Lee Dase (Stephanie); and her grandsons, Mason Burke, Hudson Burke and Holden Burke. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
