He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Bice and Ethel Bice; his son Scott Bice; and his siblings, Junior, Jack, Willard, Bruce, Don, Butch, Carol, Sue and Vera.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Bice (Laura) and Terri Bice; his grandchildren, Michelle Bice, Brianne Bice, Luke Bice, Katy Bice, Jacob Bice and Bobby Bice (Arely); his great grandchildren, Benjamin and Caleb Bice; his sisters, Betty Brown and Sarah Bierbrodt; his nieces, Shelia and Tina Wyatt; and his nephew Keith Banks.
