He is survived by: his daughter Gloria Layton (Tony); his granddaughter Denise Bell (John); his great grandchild Malea Bell; his grandson Daniel Layton (Kaitlyn); his great grandchildren, Hunter and Gavin; and his siblings, Robert Barnes, Barbara Walker and Betty Whitt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
