She was predeceased by: her husband Randles Elmo "Runt" Smith; and her children, Randles Edmond Smith and Nina Smith. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Brittany Wood, Amanda Evans, Randles E. Smith, Jr., Thomas Edward Fitzpatrick, Matthew Smith, Jesse Smith, Joey Smith and Josh Smith. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great- grandchild.
In lieu of flowers donations may be given to the Alzheimers Foundation.
