She was predeceased by: her spouse Basilio Perez; her children, John Henry Williams, Jr. and Jennie Wilemon; her grandchildren, Robert Williams and Eve Wilemon; and her parents, Tom Francis and Ruth Colley.

She is survived by: her daughters, Norma Ramirez (Israel), Consuelo Harris (Bobby Joe), Carmen Leal, Rochelle Ibanez (Feliciano) and Lola Zatarain (Alfredo); and her sisters, Donna Hill and Doris Francis. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; thirty three great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
