He is survived by: his brothers, Steve Cotney (Jodi) of Millerville and Brad Cotney (Ashley) of Ashland; and his nieces and nephews, Amber Cotney, Paige Scott (Chase), Ross Cotney, Ethan Cotney (Maddie), Kinsley Cotney, Camdyn Presley, Kaenyn Flores, Cash, Wren and Addie. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
