She was predeceased by: her parents, L. G. Carroll and Velma Rose Burgess Carroll; her husband Drew Cullars; and her siblings, Carolyn Carroll, Maurine Brewer and Don Carroll.
She is survived by: her children, Kacie Brown (Lee Roy) of Ashland, Christopher Charles Cullars (Kerri) of Ashland and Joshua Cody Cullars of Ashland; her grandchildren, Anna (Clayton), Asia, Gerald, Madyson, Jacob, Dawson, Harlee, Aiden, Cailyn and Eli; her great grandchildren, Everett, Myles, Layla, Royal and Legend; and her siblings, Brenda Johnson (Johnny) of Ashland, Gene Carroll (Nonnie) of Cragford and Kent Carroll (Gail) of Lanett.
