She is survived by: her son Keith McCollum (Gwen) of Ashland; her grandchildren, Lee McCollum (Courtney) of Ashland, Chelsea McCollum Gregg (Payton) of Savannah, GA, Cody McCollum of Ashland and Anna McCollum of Ashland; her great grandchildren, Aryanna McCollum, Skye McCollum, EJ McCollum and Audri Gregg; and her siblings, Linda Giddens, Alice Fowler (Donny), Helen Upchurch, Dwight Upchurch (Ottilu), Johnny Upchurch and Kenneth Upchurch. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
