He was predeceased by: his parents, John Andrew Horn Sr. and Myrtle Elizabeth Morris Horn; and his grandchild Tarron Garrett. He is survived by: his wife Roxann Carr Horn of Ashland; his children, Christy Horn Kirk (Robbie) of Sylacauga and Blake Horn (Cindy) of Ashland; and his sister Cheryl Maples (Terry) of Ashland. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
