He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Norrell and Virllie Ree Griffin Norrell; his brother Lowell Norrell; and his brothers-in-law, Billy Ward and Paul Mitchell.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bonnie Mitchell, Betty Ward, Kaye Norrell-Parker, Johnny Norrell and Kevin Norrell (Dana); and his niece Debbie Mitchell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and a number of other relatives and friends.
