He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Fowler and Louise Fowler; and his siblings, Ricky Fowler and Patricia Logan. He is survived by: his wife Carol Fowler; his children, Bailey Fowler Pulliam (Scott Pulliam), Johnathan Fowler and Joseph Kimbril; his grandchildren, Kinsley McCay, Kaelyn Pulliam and Kyzer Pulliam; his sister Tina Walker (Billy); and his nephew Brandon Chase Logan. He is also survived by several other extended family members and friends.
