He is survived by: his wife Deborah Fultz of Ashland; his sons, Adam Fultz (Cindy) of Chicago and Scott Fultz (Kathryn) of Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Oliver and Gale; and his siblings, Dianna, Sandra, Earl, Jack, Bob, Randy and Alan.
