He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hershel Shaddix and Violet Fern Shaddix; and his sister Shirley Aaron Dunnagan. He is survived by: his grandson Ted; his children, Josie Fern Jolly, Donny Jolly Jr. and John Jolly; his siblings, Thomas Wayne Shaddix, John Jolly and Ricky Shaddix; and his grandson Justin Jolly. He is also survived by grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
