He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Kingery and Julie Blankenship Kingery; and his wife Fern Mary Kingery. He is survived by: his sons, Steven Kingery (Melia) of Danville and Michael Kingery (Denise) of Ashland; and his grandchildren, Justin Kingery (Mindy), Joshua Kingery (Amber), Danny Kingery, Cory Kingery, Tyler Minter (Erica) and Kristin Monroe. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
