It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Douglas Forman of Ashland, Alabama, who passed away on December 8, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Charles Denson Forman; and his brother-in-law Ryan McVey. He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Fay Forman of Ashland; his son Charles Dustin Forman of Montgomery; his siblings, Sherry Browning (Randall) of Talladega, Cathy Smith of Ashland, Rita East (Jody) of Ashland, Saddie McVey of Ashland and Danny Forman (Jemima) of Ashland; and his pet Faith. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews, and a slew of great-nieces and great-nephews.
