She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Lee Sims and Pearl Clark Sims; her husband Earl C. Brooks; her son Douglas Brooks; and her grandson Wayne Brooks.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pat B. Cotney (Rickie) and Becky Sanders; and her grandchildren, Donna Medforth (Troy), Karen Brooks, Amber Ward (Greg), Raven Denson and Jennifer Blankenship (Chris). She is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren, and siblings.
