He is survived by : his children, Ronald Toliver (Janet), Willie Toliver, Jr. (Shemeika), Velinda Lucas (Ernest) and Regina White; and his sister Elease Wade. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, church members, and friends.
